  This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant. I always place either an online order or a delivery by phone. Each time I am met with great customer service. A few times when I have called, they placed me on hold to take another call. Within 30 seconds, I'm placing my order. At times they get busy, and I work customer service so I understand the concept with dealing with customers, rude and all, so I have a bit more patience than some. Ice even placed a delivery by phone and the woman who picked it up sounded tired so I joked with her to get her relaxed a bit and she was good for the rest of my order. I haven't had any problems with the orders, the delivery time nor the delivery drivers. I just placed an order today and my food was exactly what was ordered even when the woman taking my order was taking two other calls at the same time.

  This is hands down the grubbiest of the grubby yummy delicious Chinese takeout in Louisville. The restaurant is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall, and the staff is authentically Asian (and thus doesn't speak the best English), but the young lady who typically attends the front counter and takes phone orders does a pretty good job, and there is always the option of just ordering online if you're llike me and prefer not to interact with another human anyway!
