  I was honestly astounded by the type of service I received at the Cheesecake Factory Tonight. Upon being sat, I noticed that the checkbook from the table before was still sitting on the table. When I took a closer look I noticed that our table had not even been wiped off at all and there was dried food on my spoon. When I informed my waitress of this she aggressively cleaned off the table, climbed on top of the table to wipe it off while we were still seated, and reset it. She then told us that she "spent too much time" on our table and she had another table to attend to and didn't even bother to take our drink order. After sitting there for another 5 minutes, we decided to leave. Being a waitress myself, I was very displeased with this service because I myself would have been fired on the spot if I ever displayed this kind of behavior and disrespect. She was an older lady with long grey hair so I'm sure she thought we were just some teenagers that weren't worth her time. I may only be 18, but I still expect to be respected.

  Last night was our first visit at the Cheesecake Factory. Upon arrival we were told that the wait would be an hour and a half, which was expected. Two hours later we noticed that people were being seated before us. We checked in and the hostess said we were paged, but our device never alerted us. We were seated five minutes later in a very uncomfortable seating arrangement between four strangers. Our waitress seemed to be overwhelmed with many customers and would appear every so often. While waiting for our order I noticed what appear to be dirt floating in my drink. The food was ok, although I did feel ill after eating the tomato basil pasta. Ultimately, we were not satisfied with the service and food. We will not be returning.

  I loved this place! Our server Andrea was, simply put, the best server I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. The food was delicious and the cheesecake... oh the cheesecake was mouth watering! Well worth the price!
