  Our server practically ran me over as we were being seated and never even acknowledged me. She had poor knowledge regarding the menu. When she brought out our appetizer, she threw it down on the table. Brought the wrong beer. My food tasted as if it were leftovers that they microwaved. It took her 20 minutes to come back and when she did she threw our checks on the table and we wanted dessert, so she snatched up the check and crumbled it up. She never smoked at us. I don't think I've ever had such terrible service and food.

  My husband and I went to this Applebee's today and ended up leaving before we ever got served. We never saw our waitress, nobody every took our drink order and we were there for between 10 and 15 mins. What makes it worse is that I've been craving Applebee's but the customer service makes me question if we'll ever visit them again. I will say the hostess was nice and offered to serverify us as we were leaving, however, we felt it would just be best to leave. Can't even say we horrible customer service because we had NO customer service.

  First time eating at this location and it was a great experience. We normally do not eat at Applebee's due to the number of bad experiences we have had. We were given a gift card and decided to try this location and we are so happy that we did! Will definitely be back! Jason is an outstanding waiter.

  I will never be back at this location ever again! Their service is very sloppy and very unprofessional! I ordered the onion ring appetizer and when it came out they put A-1 steak sauce on the side as a dipping sauce and not just a regular onion ring dipping sauce then they didn't bring out any napkins or plates to put my appetizers on i had to ask them for napkins and plates and that should've already been brought out with my onion rings and They tried to be very sneaky and tried to run my bank card through the card machine more then once and I had to get in the waitresses ass about it! Then they want to rush and do everything! They kept dropping other people food as they brought it out! This business is very sloppy with their food service and customer service! Never Again!
